Gathering my flock – this was the theme of the day as more than 65 guests (family, friends, authors and bookish community) came to Library+ Caloundra to celebrate my book launch on Saturday, March 7.
Rosetta Books of Maleny was on site as official bookseller, and sell they did! All the copies were swooped up within an hour as the signing line grew. It was all I could have hoped for and more.
Huge thanks to all those who attended the private event ahead of the official bookstore release on March 17.
Local Events, Book Signings & Craft Workshops for Kids
I will be heading to Sunshine Coast bookstores for signing events, plus a trip to Brisbane over the Easter School Holidays to the wonderful Quick Brown Fox for a Q&A and signing. REGISTER HERE.

Check out more photos from the launch event on my Instagram and Facebook.
Reviews and Media
The reviews are already rolling in, including Just So Stories and Lamont Standing Order – Lamont Books.
I also had some media coverage in the Sunshine Valley Gazette, Noosa Today, and the Hinterland Times.

What’s Next?
Stay tuned for upcoming EVENTS and if you’re a Queensland Primary School Teacher or Librarian looking for authors to speak in the classroom or host small workshops, please click over to my Teacher Resources page.
Buy Your Copy or Request from the Library
You can buy a copy of The Feathers of Farwood and The Gripps Curse from all good bookstores on March 17. Requesting from your local library is also another great way to support new authors like me! Welcome to the magic of Farwood – I do hope you stay…
